Now I did have an episode recorded for today, but I decided to make a change and, rather than leave this week blank, I wanted to let you know what that change was so you can prepare and be ready for it. So I am changing my upload day. I am going to change my upload day to Mondays, change my upload day to Mondays, so you will know, if you've been listening for the last few months to a year, that I was uploading on Mondays and Thursdays, and Thursday has always been my upload day and it will be a little bit sad for it to not be Thursdays anymore. I have to say it's just, I'm a creature of habit and I like it, but Thursdays is not working for me anymore in terms of if I get to worst case scenario and I don't have an episode to go out, it's a bit of a struggle to get it ready for Thursday just because of how my weeks are balanced now. So I am going to change to uploading on Mondays and I hope you will be here support and listen on Mondays. So this is just an episode to let you know that the full episode that I have just recorded I'm going to save for Monday. So if you come back on Monday, we are going to be talking about goal setting and resolutions and all of that jazz. How can we make sure that when we get to the end of the year, we've actually achieved what we want to achieve? So we're going to be talking about that and in the podcast, because it was meant to go out today, I do talk about it being like the third week in the month and obviously we'll be going into the fourth or slightly into the fifth I don't even know. I don't even know what day of the week it is anymore, guys, honestly. So I'll be uploading it on Monday.

There's a very special reason why I'm having to wait until Monday to bring this episode, and I didn't just put it out today and tag on the end that I'm going to be doing Mondays from now on because there's got to be a change at some point, right, because I'd either need to have two episodes ready to go, which I do not have, or I would need to miss an upload somewhere to get me onto the Monday. So I thought do you know what? I'm just going to put this out there today. Let you know that a new episode will be on Monday and we will be uploading on Mondays from now on. So put it in your diaries, mark your calendars.
